Use this page to request an
upgrade from an older version to the new version (runs on Access 2003 and
2007 only). Instructions: 1. I need a copy of your old data file to add the new fields and upgrade to the new version. This file will be named cmdata97.mdb, cmd2000.mdb or cmd2002.mdb, depending on the version you currently have. 2. Do not make any changes to your data until I send you back the upgraded data file and the new program version. 3. Send me an email with your data file attached by clicking here to use your default mail client and attach the file to the message. Please also tell me version of MS Access you are / will be using.
